**Inside Sales Representative -**Enterprise Team | Remote Working**

We are looking for a talented, driven and team orientated person for an Inside Sales Representative role that thrives in a fast-paced software sales environment. The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role involves prospecting, outbound lead management, opportunity generation and account management.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities*
- Meet & exceed personal performance goals
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Qualify, route and report on opportunities to the appropriate personnel for further development of opportunities
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest by professionally articulating Blancco’s value proposition
- Maintain and expand target prospect database within assigned campaigns / verticals
- Working with small to medium accounts to sell Blancco solutions
- Takes responsibility for the timely management, qualification, allocation and reporting of inbound sales leads and opportunities
- Builds relationships with Blancco channel partner teams
- Supports the enterprise sales effort to meet and exceed all required goals.

**Key Experience**
- Proven inside sales experience
- Documented track record of over-achievement.
- Strong phone presence.
- Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. (Office 365).

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years software sales experience
- Consistent and professional work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without management engagement
