**Job Title: Sales Executive
- B2B**

**Location: Arekere, Bangalore**

**Job Summary**:
Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new business clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role involves understanding the needs of business customers, presenting solutions, and effectively closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential business clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging online resources.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as viable business opportunities.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand the business needs and challenges of clients and propose relevant solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.

**3. Product/Service Presentation**:

- Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Customize presentations based on the specific needs and industry of the client.

**4. Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and sustainable agreements.
- Close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management or implementation team.

**5. Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8+years of proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
