Proptelligence is an AI-powered real estate and legal platform that helps agents, attorneys, and other real estate professionals find and procure properties. In a nutshell, we create a seamless experience for agents and attorneys to find properties and make offers. Our solution also automates much of the legal process in real estate transactions by using AI to automate tasks such as document review, contract negotiation, and financial analysis.

Here are some key responsibilities and skills for a B2B Sales Executive:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties for sale or rent.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively prospect and generate leads through channels like cold calling, networking events, and social media.
- **Property Viewings**: Schedule and conduct property viewings for interested buyers or tenants.
- **Client Assistance**: Assist clients in the buying, selling, or renting process by providing relevant information and guidance.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- **Legal Documents**: Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions using CRM software.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations affecting the real estate industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience in B2B Sales.
- Graduates or Postgraduates only of 2023-2024 session.

- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques for promoting properties.
