**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Travel to colleges and academic institutions with the Sales Manager to pitch our products/services
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calls, campus presentations, and follow-ups
- Identify potential business opportunities and initiate client engagement
- Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and prospect interactions in CRM tools
- Support the Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demos
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers at colleges and institutions
- Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collect market insights and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategies
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in B2B Sales; prior experience as a Medical Representative is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across locations as per business needs
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech
- Familiarity with academic ecosystems and college outreach
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, field-intensive sales environment
