**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value
- proposition of our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with 1-3 years of experience preferred.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
