**Job Title**: B2B Sales Executive
**Location**: Bangalore
**Experience**: 1-3 Years
**Qualification**: Any Associate Degree
**Salary Range**: ₹70,000 - ₹80,000 CTC
**Gender**: Both
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
- Present and explain company solutions to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, including bulk orders.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Track sales activities using CRM tools and report progress weekly.
- Upsell additional services/products when needed.
- Stay updated on market trends and product offerings.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outbound B2B sales (preferably EdTech, ERP, or Education sector).
- Any Associate Degree (BA/MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking ability with a strong hunter mindset.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
