**Profile**:
EssEmm Technologie is a software engineering company based in Coimbatore and our core product is our fully online ERP/CRM now used by several companies to scale their businesses. We serve companies in various sectors including trading, manufacturing, fintech, service segments, garment and many more.
**Job Summary**:
The ERP/CRM Product Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers via phone and chat, as well as identifying and resolving technical issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and chat or onsite
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to our products using tools provided
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Providing product information and training
- Maintaining records of customer interactions
**Requirements**:
- 1 year of work experience in a technical field
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 1 year (required)
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- ERP/CRM: 1 year (preferred)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP: 1 year (required)
