We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Field Sales Executive** to drive sales of our ERP solutions and services.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of **YOLO Works ERP**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose **tailored ERP solutions** to meet their business needs.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in ERP solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records, and follow up with leads regularly.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in **field sales, B2B sales, or ERP/software sales**.
- Strong understanding of **ERP systems and their impact on business operations**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively for client meetings.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in selling **ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions**.
- Understanding of industries such as **manufacturing, retail, logistics, finance, or healthcare**, where ERP solutions are widely used.
- Ability to handle client objections and provide tailored solutions.
