**Job Summary**: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, strong sales skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospect and Acquire New Clients**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- **Market Analysis**: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in field sales. Minimum of 1 years of sales experience. **FRESHERS can also Apply**.
- **Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, Any Graduate.
