**Job Title**: Sales Executive - IT Products

**Salary**: Rs.15000 to Rs.25000 /Month

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell IT products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions (Zoho CRM, ERP, Commerce, etc.).
- Conduct product demos and explain service offerings clearly.
- Follow up with clients on proposals, close sales, and meet assigned targets.
- Maintain an updated CRM database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and exhibitions when needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in IT products, SaaS, CRM/ERP solutions, or related fields.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and result orientation.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.
