**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Software Sales
**Location**: Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai
**Salary**: Rs.15000 to Rs.20000
**Experience**: 2-3 years in software sales
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the software industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships
- Present and demonstrate software products and solutions to potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and propose the most suitable software solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and proposals
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales activities, and track client interactions in CRM systems
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends, market needs, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful product implementation
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in software or technology sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of software products, their features, and benefits
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, ERP solutions, or cloud-based software
