**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Partnership Development: Identify and target banks, credit card networks, and other financial institutions with a strong customer base that aligns with our airport lounge access and services offerings.

2. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms to maximize value for all parties involved.

3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutually beneficial business initiatives.

4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies in order to develop tailored partnership proposals and identify areas for growth.

5. Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align partnership strategies with the overall business objectives and maximize revenue generation.

6. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate partnership updates, progress, and insights to internal teams and senior management, providing regular reports and presentations.

7. Compliance and Legal Partnerships: Work closely with legal teams to ensure partnership agreements adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

8. Travel and Industry Events: Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, build brand awareness, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, partnership management, and negotiations within the travel or financial services industries.
- Knowledge of the banking sector, credit card networks, and their customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment.
