**Location: Pune** **Employment Type: full-time** **Designation: Alliance Associate** **Job Details**: The Alliance Associate is responsible for managing QloudX’s partnership programs, primarily with AWS, This role is pivotal in ensuring QloudX leverages its partner ecosystem to the fullest, achieving growth, funding, and strategic alignment with partner goals. Key Responsibilities Opportunities Management: - Maintain and update the opportunity tracking excel file. - Manage opportunity status and pipeline health. - Schedule regular opportunity review meetings. - Ensure appropriate tagging of in opportunities such as "Marketing/MDF"/WAR Program etc. WAR Program Administration: - Verify accurate logging of opportunities with “program” details. - Ensure workloads are correctly updated in the AWS portal (ARN added). - Monitor dashboards to ensure key program requirements are met. - Ensure tagging and guidelines for WAR/Remediation Opportunities are met. Required Skills and Experience - Experience: 5-7 years in managing partnerships, alliances, or similar roles in the tech or cloud industry. - Proven experience with AWS partnership programs, including APN portal and funding management, is a strong advantage. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with certification processes and partner ecosystems. - Proficiency in managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
