**About The Role**:
The Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of WeCredit by:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with lenders, fostering alliances, and identifying strategic partnerships. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the financial industry, strong negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Lender Onboarding**:
- Identify and onboard new lenders to expand the company's financial ecosystem.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new lending partners.
**2. Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing lending partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for lenders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
**3. Alliances and Partnerships**:
- Identify potential strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance the company's product
offerings and market presence.
- Negotiate and structure partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives.
**4. Market Scouting**:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging players.
- Scout and evaluate new entrants in the financial services space for potential collaboration.
**5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of partnership strategies.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure partnership agreements adhere to regulatory standards.
**6. Performance Analysis**:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of lending partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team regarding partnership impact on business metrics.
**Skills Needed**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar partnerships role within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of lending products, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding target
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
