This role is an exciting opportunity for passionate, enthusiastic and focused individual who would like to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing digital payments team. As part of this team, you will manage the Partnership & Alliances for **Gift Cards, Subscription Services and other new digital content opportunities**.

You will be responsible to develop, lead and grow all aspects of the partnership and alliances and driving revenue for epay division. The role will ensure sales, product and channel partner alignment and execution between Euronet and its partners.

epay (A division of Euronet) is one of the largest digital service providers with direct connectivity with all Mobile and DTH operators for facilitating mobile top-ups, utility bill payments. epay has a wide range of e-payment products including gift cards of 150+ Global and local retail brands and offers payments & subscriptions services as part of its recurring payment categories.

epay is currently working on multiple digital payments opportunities to cater to fast growing payment ecosystems in India.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for sourcing/manging payment products/solutions in India for digital contents including Gift Cards and Subscriptions Services.
- Develop a partner-led strategy for entering strategic partnerships and alliances, establishing Euronet India as a preferred payment facilitator/provider
- Responsible for the full cycle of partnerships and alliances, including identification & onboarding of new partners for digital contents and taking the service to distribution channel for revenue generation in collaboration with epay sales team
- Own partner lifecycle communication and co-own the funnel conversion rate with internal product management team
- Coordinate with product and channel sales teams to deliver the solutions as per the partner’s need
- Cross functional coordination with internal teams such as technology, product & operations teams for integrations and product improvements
- Promoting services in epay’s distribution channel in collaboration with internal marketing team
- Evaluate the financial and strategic cost-benefit of partnerships and alliances and present business case to Euronet Management
- Manage complex contract negotiations that include cross functional teams from Product Management, Operations, Legal, Finance and Senior Management to gain support, approvals and to execute on the opportunities
- Contribute to business reviews to the Executive Leadership of Euronet as well as Partner’s Management
- Keep a pulse on partner's product roadmaps and persuade them to expand their association with Euronet
- Maintain strong relationships with the partners

**How a typical work day will look like**:

- Performance review of existing partnerships
- Identifying potential partnerships for** Gift Cards, Subscription Services and other new digital content opportunities**:

- Liaising with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance and Commercial in closing contractual requirements with partners
- Work with Product team designing and executing collaterals
- Collaborating with Euronet sales team for distribution of service
- Collaborating with Euronet marketing team for managing the marketing charter with the Partner
- Work with Finance and Analytics team in facilitating payments and reconciliation
