**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partnership Identification**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities.
- Assess and prioritize potential alliances based on strategic fit and business objectives.
- **Negotiation and Agreement**:

- Lead negotiations with prospective partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with legal and relevant stakeholders to finalize partnership contracts.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the company and its partners.
- **Alliance Activation**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and activate alliance initiatives.
- Ensure that both parties are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of alliances.
- Regularly assess the performance of alliances and make recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree would be desirable.
- 2-3 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Availability for occasional travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of hospitality/Jungle Lodges/wildlife tourism is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
