**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain records.
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Managing the records of all types of assets purchased and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with different departments and assist in office management.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure office cleanliness and organisation.
- Make outbound calls to potential employees, vendors or clients.
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Follow up on leads and maintain detailed call records.
- Promote company services and explain offerings to customers.
- Support HR Manager in recruitment, selection and manpower plannings.
- Taking care of joining formalities of new joiners.
- Support in employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with other branches regarding any admin queries.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Proficiency in GSuite / MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
