**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Support HR and finance teams in documentation and administrative processes.
- Monitor office cleanliness and ensure a professional office environment.
- Oversee courier and mail handling, both incoming and outgoing.
- Assist in onboarding new employees (ID cards, workspace setup, etc.).
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data entry as required.
**Requirements**:
- Any Bachelor /Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative or office executive (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with office management tools or ERP systems.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service mindset.
**Compensation**:
**Salary: 20000-30000 per month**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
