**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **dynamic Administrative Executive** with strong communication skills and at least 1 year of experience to support daily office operations. The role requires organizational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day office administration, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
- Support HR/Accounts teams with basic administrative tasks.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support to senior staff.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in administration/office coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, polite, and approachable personality.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
