**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Receptionist Duties**:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for executives and staff.
- Handle visitor registration, including issuing visitor badges and guiding them to the appropriate location.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in office coordination tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff when needed.
- Maintain and update office databases and records.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle office inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
- **General Office Support**:
- Maintain a professional and positive work environment.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as required.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee attendance tracking, filing, and other support duties.
- Ensure the smooth running of office equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (preferably with a background in administration or business).
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role will be an added advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle phone systems and office equipment.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- **Personal Traits**:
- Polite, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.76 per month
