**Key Responsibility Area**
- Sort, prioritize and draft internal and external correspondence as needed.
- Relieves the Director of day-to-day administrative detail and coordinate the flow of information to the Director's office as required for policy and operational decisions.
- Organize and prioritize work and meet critical deadlines.
- Exercise sound independent judgment within established policies and guidelines.
- Oversee the performance of other office staff.
- Support the smooth running of offices by carrying out clerical tasks and projects.
- Provide advanced organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple deadlines.

- Graduate from any stream.
- Working communication skills.
- Over 2 years of experience in Administration.
- Good command over Mail drafting.
- Must have good experience in working on MS Office, Excel, Letter drafting.
- Basic accounting skills necessary.
- Good discipline in Follow-Ups.
- Excellent administration and support skills.
**Shift Timing**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
**Salary**: Negotiable.
**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
