**Job Purpose**:
The Admin & Legal Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring legal compliance, and managing petty cash operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can balance legal, financial, and administrative duties while adhering to company policies and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the company’s legal and HR departments.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure office operations are running smoothly.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for senior management as required.
- Handle correspondence, file documentation, and maintain a systematic filing system.
- Ensure the office environment complies with company standards and policies.

**Legal Compliance**:

- Monitor, track, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding employment and workplace regulations.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing company policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Keep the company informed on changes in labor laws and regulations and advise relevant departments on required actions.
- Coordinate and assist in audits related to legal compliance, both internal and external.
- Maintain and safeguard legal documents, such as contracts, licenses, permits, and other compliance-related materials.

**Petty Cash Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s petty cash fund, ensuring proper documentation and records for all transactions.
- Review and verify petty cash requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Track all petty cash expenditures and reconcile petty cash balances regularly.
- Prepare petty cash reports, providing transparency on fund usage and ensuring accountability.
- Ensure petty cash is used strictly for business-related purposes and remains within budgetary limits.
- Implement and enforce petty cash control procedures to avoid misuse or discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation Must in any Field.
- years of experience in administrative roles, legal compliance, or petty cash management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage petty cash, prepare reports, and maintain financial records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
