About Us:
We are a growing ERP software company providing business automation solutions across industries. We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations, ensure office efficiency, and support management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and review attendance and salary reports generated by software.
- Maintain office decorum, cleanliness, and supplies.
- Handle client follow-ups and internal coordination.
- Assist with calendar management and meeting scheduling.
- Support in recruitment (job posting, interview scheduling).
- Maintain and update SOPs, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and utilities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (preferred: Business Administration / HR).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or similar role.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Familiar with MS Office and software-based attendance systems.
- Professional attitude and well-organized work style.
