- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Evaluate and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implement new administrative systems and processes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- **Facility Management**:
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Manage office security protocols and emergency procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
