Position Title: Office Administrator

Reports To: HR Manager
Location: Noida
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: 10 k to 12k
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, including coordinating logistics and preparing meeting materials.
2. Office Management:
Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is stocked and well-equipped.
Implement and maintain office systems and processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
3. Record Keeping and Documentation:
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for company documents and records.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist with document preparation, presentation materials, and reports for senior management.
4. Human Resources Support:
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and processing new hire documentation.
Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing as required.
5. Event Coordination:
Organize internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
