We are looking for a confident and capable Office Administrator to manage day-to-day operations and client coordination in our real estate division.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate (any stream)
- Strong communication skills – English & Hindi
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle client queries, documentation, and follow-ups
- Professional attitude and team spirit
Responsibilities:
- Manage client appointments and property files
- Prepare and maintain legal documents, agreements, and reports
- Coordinate with field staff and legal team
- Maintain office records and digital logs
