**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly **MIS reports** using Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage **cab routes** for staff transportation
- Handle and coordinate with **vendors** for office needs and services
- Maintain accurate **records of office expenses** and submit reports to management
- Assist in day-to-day office administration tasks and facility management
- Support the HR/Admin team in maintaining operational efficiency

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in MIS or Office Administration
- **Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in **vendor coordination** and **cab route planning** is a plus
