**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage general office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation—both physical and digital—for easy retrieval.
- Support HR and finance departments in administrative tasks such as attendance management, payroll assistance, and expense tracking.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff and visitors.
- Supervise office housekeeping, stationery, and facility management.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain a professional work environment.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Executive, or similar role.
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
**Educational Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Pay: ₹18,731.54 - ₹24,716.30 per month
