Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Greet and welcome visitors/clients professionally.
Manage calls, emails & correspondence; route them appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs & ensure guest security protocols.
Handle courier services (inward & outward).
Administrative Support
Assist in day-to-day office operations.
Manage office supplies & coordinate with vendors/facility teams.
Oversee meeting room bookings & ensure arrangements.
Support HR & Accounts with documentation/filing.
General Office Assistance
Prepare & maintain reports, records, and databases.
Assist in events, meetings & travel arrangements.
Maintain reception area & office upkeep.
Handle petty cash & expense records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
1–4 years' experience in front office/admin roles.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
