**Job Description**:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Management of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Coordination with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organization within the office premises.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure that administrative functions are aligned with company goals.
- Help coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of IT-related issues for employees, collaborating with the technical support team.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly & professional manner.
- Oversee the supply and inventory of stationery items, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle utility management, health & safety protocols, and overall workplace ergonomics.
- Vendor management.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees by ensuring a smooth integration into the office environment (e.g., desk setup, IT access).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Smart and presentable appearance.
- Assisting with office management responsibilities.
Skills required
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Minimum 1 year to 4 years of experience required.
