**Introduction**:
As a Travel Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for coordinating and facilitating seamless travel experiences for our clients. This role requires a passion for travel, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure our clients' journeys are enjoyable and stress-free.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client needs.
- **Booking and Reservations**:

- Handle flight, hotel, and transportation reservations.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to secure the best travel deals for clients.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and manage all necessary travel documents, including visas and travel insurance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients during their travels, resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Research and Stay Informed**:

- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Continuously research and source new travel options and experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in travel reservation systems and relevant software.

**FULL TIME**

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
