The company provides a comprehensive range of products and services including travel planning, ticketing services, hotel bookings, visa processing, and organizing activities such as excursions and safaris. A member of the Air Arabia Group, Cozmo Travel operates 39 branches in the GCC, with 37 in the UAE and additional branches in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Cozmo Travel is also the fulfillment partner for Air Arabia Holidays and manages operations for 28 of Air Arabia's ticketing sales shops within the region.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Processing Executive located in Kurla. The Visa Processing Executive will be responsible for handling visa applications, performing data processing tasks, managing order processing, conducting market research, and ensuring all visa documentation is accurate and complete. The role also involves coordinating with clients, providing information on visa requirements, and assisting with any queries related to the visa process.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with visa processing procedures and regulations is a plus
