JOB TITLE:
VISA EXECUTIVE

JOB PURPOSE:
To effectively manage the visa requirements for the customers

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :2-4years (At least 1 years in travel industry)

QUALIFICATION : GRADUATE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role requires the employee to effectivelymanage end to end requirements for visa acquisition

Role requires the employee to have detailed knowledge of all documentation formalities required for different visas

Role requires the employee to understand customer requirements & provide relevant solutions

Role requires the employee to build a good rapport with key executives to facilitate issuing of visas

Role requires the employee to conduct regularfollow up calls with customers to ensure all deadlines are met with

Role requires the employee to effectively co ordinate between customer, internal team members as well as external vendors

Role requires the employee to actively research on various changes in visa procedures / documentation formalities

KEY COMPETENCIES:
Extremely process oriented

Deadline driven - Can work with stringent timelines

Extremely good knowledge of visa procedures across different countries

Customer centric & ability to understand customer requirements & deliver on the same

Research oriented to keep a track of changes in visa procedures

Has Excellent communication skills

Excellent relationship management skills

Ability to effectively manage vendors

Excellent excel, word, powerpoint skills & analytical abilities

Willingness to work in a high pressure job

Must be an effective team player

COMPENSATION BRACKET :2 - 2.20 LACS PER ANNUM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
