Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Travel Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the travel industry. The successful candidate will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Engage with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences. - Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and itineraries. - Process bookings and manage reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel services. - Assist clients in visa applications and travel insurance options. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and industry developments. - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. - Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate the best rates and packages. Skills and Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service orientation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - A passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations. - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
