Job Title: Sales Executive - Travel Agency

Location: Thane

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel needs.
- Promote and sell travel products such as holiday packages, Bike Tours.
- Create customised travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and the agency’s products and services.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to potential clients.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Ticketing, Visa Department) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and travel shows to promote the agency.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in travel sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving approach.
- Passion for travel and global destinations.
