Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tours, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement tour packages that meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate tour performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in tourism management, hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in operations management in the tour industry.
- In-depth knowledge of tour industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
