Key Responsibilities

  • Itinerary Planning: Designing detailed travel schedules, including activities and tours.
  • Logistics & Booking: Arranging and booking flights, hotels, transportation, and activities for clients.
  • Customer Communication: Liaising with clients, addressing their needs, and providing information and support before and during their trips.
  • Safety & Emergencies: Ensuring the safety of travelers and managing any unforeseen issues or emergencies that arise.
  • Market Research: Staying updated on popular destinations and travel trends to create attractive and profitable tour packages.
