Job Description
We are looking for skilled and customer-oriented
BPO Travel Agents
to assist clients with travel arrangements, bookings, and support services using
Amadeus
and other
GDS software
platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in travel process handling and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel bookings and customer inquiries.
  • Process flight, hotel, and car reservations using Amadeus or other GDS systems .
  • Modify, cancel, or rebook travel itineraries as per client requirements.
  • Provide fare quotations, route options, and ticketing solutions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Amadeus and GDS software (mandatory).
  • 4 months to 3.5 years of experience in the travel or BPO industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts , including weekends and holidays.
