**Job Title: E Commerce Executive** with a fast growing
- India's leading brands in motorcycle touring accessories manufacturing facility at Satpur, Nashik.

**Position**:

- **E Commerce Executive**_

**(Early Joiner Required)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Order Processing & Dispatch Management:

- Processing Amazon sales orders, creating shipment paperwork and ensuring they are accurately packed & shipped as needed
- Managing fulfillment processes for inventory sent to Amazon warehouse, including order picking, packing, and labeling.
- Ensuring packages are dispatched and tracked to their intended destinations, managing shipping costs and delivery times. Entering estimated and actual shipping charges as and when invoices are available.
- Daily Inventory Updation for both Seller Fulfilled & Amazon fulfilled SKUs:Conducting daily audits of inventory levels to ensure proper refill rates.

Identifying and highlighting gaps in stock availability for immediate action.
- Returns Management:Managing the process of handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims

Assessing returned items for quality and restock them as appropriate. Raise cases for refunds when there is a return issue with required documentation.
Resolving any issues related to damaged or incorrect shipments.
- Collaboration and Reporting:Collaborating with various teams such as sales, QC, and production team to ensure seamless operations.

Analyzing e-commerce sales data, inventory levels, and order fulfillment metrics to identify trends and patterns.
Preparing reports for management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- **Requirements**:
MBA Sales/Marketing
- Experience - 2 to 3 yrs in e-commerce operations
- Should be able to write and communicate in English/ Hindi effectively.
- Has experience with creating Airway bills and managing entries on a SAP system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel
- Up to 20% travel

**Experience**:
