**Introduction**:
As a Travel Operations Associate with an IATA profile, you will be an integral part of our travel operations team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of travel services. Leveraging your expertise in International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards and regulations, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of our travel operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Booking Management: Handle reservations, ticketing, and itinerary management for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IATA guidelines.

Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.

Documentation: Prepare and manage travel documents, including visas, passports, and insurance, adhering to IATA regulations and country-specific requirements.

Supplier Coordination: Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel partners to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and resolve any operational issues.

Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, health regulations, and other pertinent information to clients.

Financial Management: Handle invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.

Compliance: Stay updated on IATA regulations, industry trends, and travel advisories to ensure compliance and provide relevant guidance to clients and colleagues.

Crisis Management: Assist in managing travel disruptions, emergencies, and crisis situations, providing timely support and alternative solutions to minimize disruptions for clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus), with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and travel partners.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bookings, documentation, and financial transactions.
- **Customer Focus**: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a proactive approach to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in using travel booking systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
