**Job purpose**

As a Senior Associate - business operations, you will process all transactions (volume based) and ensure compliance to quality and timelines. Maintain effective relationships with clients both internal and external.

**What will you do?**
- Undertake processing of transactions
- Validate data based on industry, client updates

ensure accuracy in work

Adhere to set rules

Undertake quality check from time to time

Refresher sessions as required

Achieve or excel in productivity and accuracy aspects

**What do you need to know?**
- Experience in processing, accounting, or customer service preferred
- Interline and IATA knowledge
- Interline knowledge
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Travel Industry and Airline knowledge for Interline
- Keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with office equipment use
- Commitment to exceptional customer care and service
- Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor degree
