**Job purpose**

As an Associate - Business Processing Interline, you will process all transactions (volume based) and ensure compliance to quality and timelines. Maintain effective relationships with clients both internal and external.

**What will you do?**
- Achieve daily productivity to clear exceptions accurately
- Perform QC on Prime and Non Prime Inward & Outward billed transactions using standard and client specific check list
- Support Team leader in weekly & Monthly timely deliveries to client

**What do you need to know?**
- Experience in processing & customer service preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with office equipment use
- Commitment to exceptional customer care and service
- Qualifications: Relevant Bachelors (B.Com) or masters degree & IATA graduate
- Knowledge of One World Airline, REVERA (V20) & Business object (BO) will be an added advantage
