Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and IATA-certified Ticketing Executive to join our team. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling all aspects of ticketing and reservations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. This role requires in-depth knowledge of IATA regulations and airline procedures, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle ticketing inquiries, reservations, and bookings for domestic and international flights.
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and airline policies in all ticketing and reservation processes.
- Issue and reissue tickets accurately and efficiently using computerized reservation systems (CRS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Process cancellations, refunds, and exchanges according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Provide assistance to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, seating arrangements, and other inquiries.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth travel experiences for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions, including payments, refunds, and exchanges.
- Monitor ticket sales and availability to optimize revenue and maximize occupancy on flights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new technologies related to ticketing and reservations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- IATA certification in Ticketing and Reservation is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism, or related field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of IATA regulations, airline procedures, and computerized reservation systems (CRS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing and reservation processes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Languages-English, Hindi, Marathi

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
