Ø Experience of B2C business model
Ø Handle online portals
Ø Should know Queue process.
Ø Should possess good knowledge of GDS systems.
Ø Should be well versed with City Codes & Airline Codes.
Ø Should have knowledge of Issuing group and individual tickets
Ø Should have knowledge of Generating PNR, Fare constructions & Coordination with Airlines.
Ø Looking after all the aspects related to the Ticketing (Domestic and International) i.e., Ticket Refunds, Issuance, Reissuance, and Cancellations.
Ø Responsible for Revenue generation for the company.
**Required Skills**:
Ø A Bachelor s Degree is a must.
Ø Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ø IATA Graduate or Graduate with experience in relevant field.
