**Job Description - Sr. Ticketing Executive/ Manager**

**Reports to : Holiday Head**

**Location - Mumbai (Lower Parel)**

**Key Responsibilities -**

As the Senior Ticketing Executive/Manager, you will lead & manage the ticketing operations, ensuring efficient processes, exceptional service & continuous improvement in alignment with industry standards. Your role will require attention to detail, leadership & in depth understanding of ticketing & airline policies.

4. Stay Updated On Airline Changes

5. Process Improvement

6. Team Training & Development

7. Customer Support

8. Project Management

9. Problem Resolution

**Key Requirements -**

1. Experience

Proven exp in ticketing within the travel or tourism industry ideally with leadership or managerial responsibilities.

2. Skills

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written, with a keen eye for detail.

3. Technical Knowledge

Deep understanding of airline reservation systems, fare structures, airline policies & ticketing processes.

4. Ticketing Tools

Amedus, Sabre, Galelio & Farelogix GDS

5. Leadership Ability

Strong team leadership with exp managing & developing a high-performing team

6. Proficiency

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite & other relevant software

7. Education

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism or a related field is preferred.
