**Reservation, Ticketing & Visa Documentation Executive**

2-3 year’s experience in International ticketing & Visa Documentation to Canada, USA, Australia etc.

**Job Description / Responsibility**
- Reservation & Ticketing, (Preferred knowledge in Galileo, Abacus & GSA,)
- Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers, resort reps and other agencies of local & foreign Countries.
- Producing brochures and Internet-based information
- Providing pricing information
- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of full package.
- Keep contact with the corporate clients,
- Maintain relation/liaison with all air lines offices Globally.
- Update information collected from Airport for entrance and departure and related matters.
- Answer all calls and provide satisfactory feedback to the customers.
- Active high levels of customer service at all times.
- Inform clients about required documentation for visa processing.
- Help to prepare & submit the documents to the embassy for visa processing.
- Visa Application form fill up.
- Appointment for interviews of the clients with the embassy.
- Contribute to team meeting & activities.
- Ensure customer service by treating all colleagues, customers as you would your own.

**Educational Requirements**

Bachelors/ Master's Degree in any discipline.

**Job Requirements**
- English Language proficiency must be good.
- Nice Gestures & Postures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
