**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Mumbai. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information on available flights and travel packages, making reservations, issuing tickets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in reservation and ticketing systems (such as: Amedeus and Galileo)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of airline policies and procedures
- Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
