**Skills Required**:
IATA qualified any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would also be an advantage.

Need Graduates with excellent verbal communication

1-2 years of Experience in Aviation or traveling industry

(knowledge of Galileo for reservations and ticketing required, should be familiar with aviation terminology)

**Responsibilities**:
Good Communication written and verbal

Should be well-versed on following GDS Galileo

Handling Reservations Ticketing (International and Domestic)

Handling Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.

Handling Refund and Cancellation of International Air Tickets.

Should be well-versed on GDS Galileo Amadeus.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their flight bookings and travel-related needs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
