- Draft, review & send communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize persons & information for meetings.
- Manage routine & repetitive tasks for the CEO.
- Manage administrative tasks for the CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Maintain, organize and update records & documents for the CEO.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal & writing skills in English.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good multitasking ability.
- Good time management.
- Good negotiator.
- Good documentation skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Amiable personality.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Preferably a basic understanding of financial markets.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- B.COM, BBA, MBA.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
