Executive Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently managing the CEO's schedule, prioritizing appointments & and delegation of tasks, meetings, and events, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met by various teams or individuals, and resolving issues that may arise in the CEO's schedule, and activities, or projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans including domestic and international, itineraries, proactive planning of external partner meetings, and logistics for the CEO's business trips and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
- Meeting Preparation: Gathering necessary materials, information, and reports for meetings attended by the CEO and ensuring they are well-prepared for each engagement.
- Project Support: Providing support on special projects and initiatives led by the CEO, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handling it with the utmost discretion.
- Stakeholder Management: Welcoming, assisting, and managing relationships with clients, and key stakeholders, both internal and external, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and these parties and
- Document Management: Organizing and maintaining important documents, contracts, agreements, and other files for easy retrieval.
- Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and other functions where the CEO's presence is required.
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, executive best practices, and relevant tools to enhance the support provided to the CEO.
- Marketing & Branding: Look after the marketing of the company. Coordinate with Social media marketing agencies for regular postings, managing posts, and exploring branding in various ways to increase company visibility and brand value. Also coordinate with content writers to get write-ups, and articles and coordinate with PR agencies for posting those.
- Information Flow: Ensuring efficient information flow within the CEO's office, keeping the CEO updated on relevant matters, and sharing updates as needed.
- Other: Work in preparing and delivering documentation for tenders, vendor registrations, and other parts wherever required and to handle basic sales support as & and when required.
**Skills Requirements**:
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Proven experience in supporting & assisting C-level executives
- Good people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Clear and concise communication with colleagues, clients, and partners
- Creativity is good to have
- Project management skills or experience in managing people is also good to have
**Qualifications**:
- Should have at least 3-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
